Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing SILENCEER.LIVE (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What Silenceer is
Silenceer is an experimental, client-side defensive noise platform. It generates decoy traffic patterns (search queries, beacons, identity drift, geolocation noise) from your browser, intended to dilute behavioural profiling. The Service does not provide anonymity, encryption, or protection from a determined adversary. It is not a VPN, Tor, or a substitute for either.
3. Use a VPN
You acknowledge that all decoy traffic originates from your own IP address and ISP connection unless tunnelled. You are strongly advised to operate Silenceer only while connected to a trusted VPN. Failure to do so may expose your real network identity to the very endpoints the Service queries.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Silenceer to: (a) target specific individuals or private infrastructure; (b) attempt denial-of-service against any endpoint; (c) violate the terms of service of any third-party platform; (d) conduct activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for your usage and any consequences thereof.
5. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that decoy traffic will defeat any specific profiling system, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that it is fit for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators of Silenceer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, account suspension by third parties, or bandwidth charges.
7. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
